Managing Your Clients
The My Clients section lets you manage your existing client relationships directly within Anixiv, with no platform fee on their bookings.
What My Clients is
My Clients is a private list of your existing clients. When you book a client through My Clients, the platform fee is 0%. This is different from marketplace bookings where the fee is 10% to 15%.
Adding a client
Go to My Clients from your provider dashboard. Tap "Add client" and enter their name, phone number, and email. You can also import clients from a CSV file if you're migrating from another booking system.
Booking through My Clients
From a client's profile in My Clients, tap "Book" to start a booking. You'll set the service, date, time, price, and location. The client receives a booking confirmation and pays the deposit through Stripe.
Client notes and history
Each client profile shows their booking history, any notes you've added (formulas, preferences, sensitivities), and contact information. These notes are private and only visible to you.
Rebook reminders
For clients with recurring appointments, Anixiv can send you reminders to reach out when it's time to rebook. This helps you stay top of mind and fill your calendar proactively.
Converting a marketplace client
After a marketplace client completes a booking with you, you can move them to My Clients for future bookings at 0% fee. Their booking history with you carries over.
