Your Provider Tiers

Anixiv has three provider tiers: New Pro, Established, and Top Rated. Your tier reflects your track record on the platform and affects how your profile is displayed to clients.

New Pro

Where everyone starts. You're building your Anixiv profile, portfolio, and client base. Focus on delivering great services and collecting reviews.

Established

You've completed a meaningful number of bookings and maintained a strong rating. Your profile gets more visibility in search results and the browse page.

Top Rated

Reserved for providers with an exceptional track record: high rating, high review count, and consistent quality. Top Rated providers appear at the top of search results and are highlighted to clients browsing the platform.

How to move up

Tier advancement is based on your rating, number of completed bookings, and review quality. The best things you can do: complete every booking you accept, ask clients to leave reviews after each appointment, and respond promptly to messages and bid opportunities.

Your tier in the app

You can see your current tier on your provider dashboard. Your dashboard also shows profile views, booking conversion rate, and how you compare to other providers in your category.

Does tier affect fees?

Your tier does not change your platform fee. Fees are based on client source (marketplace vs. direct link vs. My Clients). See Understanding Your Fees for details.
